Second ASI Revival Congress in Tannay / Vaud

Under the theme "Stand up and witness" ASI Switzerland organized in the town hall of Tannay / Vaud from October, 22 to 25 2009 the second ASI Revival Congress.

Louis R. Torres, the former bass guitarist of the rock band, "Bill Haley & the Comets" and now president of the mission in Guam and Micronesia motivated over 250 participants with his practical experiences and tips how to witness. He is the founder of the Mission College of Evangelism. Based on the evangelism material "New Beginnings" he testified on how to lead people to a decision for Christ. The 29-year-old Israel Ramos is currently a pastor in the Michigan federation in the U.S. He initiated as a student the "Generation of Youth for Christ" conferences, with which he could revive thousands of young people and could fill them with enthusiasm for distributing the good news.

After four days 37 people made the decision to start small Bible study groups in which they will invite their friends, neighbours and colleagues. They are supported by the "New Beginnings" DVD material and trainings which ASI Switzerland will run during the coming weeks.
