In February 1999 around thirty Spanish Adventists met in Barcelona and ASI Spain was formed.

The chapter has one category of membership and has thirty seven members.

Their first project for the year 2000 was to buy a 4x4 car for the Adventist mission in Guinea. During the summer of 2000 a Toyota Land Cruiser was delivered.

At present they are working on furnishing the new church for Spanish Adventist Geriatrics in Caredeu, Barcelona.

In common with all the European Chapters the Spanish members are totally committed to the Seventh-day Adventist Church and are actively involved in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
