To start a National ASI Chapter is always a great experience. This process is resumed in 2 phases:

- Research history and character of ASI

- Contact ASI Europe to solicit input and advice

- Meet the Seventh day Adventist Union and explain your new project.

- List some adventist business people that already know what is ASI, business people that work actively in the church and can be help you launchig ASI.

- Promote a national meeting with adventist business people to setup formally a group of people that will be the Preparatory Committe.

- The Preparatory Committe redacts the Bylaws and formally constituted the ASI organization according to the government laws.

- The Preparatory Committe will organize and promote a national meeting to organize the ASI Chapter - Committe election, membership application.

- Concerning the National meeting, list the Adventist business people that you know

- Call this list and ask for references of people that they know. Repeat this process for every new entry on the list. It’s a loop process.

- Request permission from the Union for you to do the “Discover what is ASI “ presentation to all the pastors during their annual convention.

- Call every single pastor and tell them in 5 minutes what is ASI and that you need their help on identifying business people in their local churches.

- Nominate an informal ASI representative in every single church. Tell them to identify further business people on their church.

- Setup a database of all these potential members.

- Send a invitation email ( personalized ) to each one. “We need you at ASI. Jesus is coming soon and he is asking you to be active for Him. Join us at…… for a 1 hour presentation of – Discover what is ASI “

- Call every single one and do the invitation by phone. The local delegates should help you on this.

- One day before the meeting, send them an SMS as a reminder of the meeting. “We need you. Don´t forget to come tomorrow...“
